FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I get an Aramco vendor code?
An Aramco vendor code is issued once supplier registration in Aramco's supplier portal is complete and the file is approved. We prepare the statutory documents, submit the Aramco vendor registration and follow it until the code is issued.
How long does SABIC vendor registration take?
SABIC vendor registration usually takes two to six weeks depending on document completeness and business activity. Files that are complete on first submission close in the shorter range.
Do you handle NEOM vendor registration?
Yes. We provide NEOM vendor registration for qualifying companies, prepare the requirements based on your business activity, and follow the application to approval.
Does supplier registration require a Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate (CCC)?
A CCC is required when the scope of work involves connecting to the entity network, providing IT services, or exchanging data with it. It is not required of every supplier — it depends on activity classification and contract scope. We review your activity and tell you whether it applies before starting.
Do you implement CCC requirements?
Yes. We implement the full Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate scope: gap assessment against the required controls, remediation, policy and documentation preparation, and audit readiness through certificate issuance.
What documents are required for supplier registration?
Core documents: commercial registration, tax certificate, Zakat certificate, GOSI certificate, Saudization certificate and national address. Some entities request additional documents depending on activity.
What is the difference between a vendor code and a supplier number?
A vendor code is the identifier an entity issues to a supplier after approving its file; it is used on purchase orders and invoices. Supplier number is a general term for the same concept at some entities.
